About the Role Reporting directly to the Des’s Minibus Manager, your key responsibilities will include: - Managing customer queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Developing effective solutions to meet customer needs
- Liaising with customers and drivers to coordinate transport services
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company requirements
- Delivering high-quality customer service in line with company standards
- Promoting a positive image of the company at all times
- Maintaining a safe and compliant workplace in accordance with OHS policies
About You To be successful in this role, you will have: - Sound knowledge of the Greater Metro area
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A customer-centric and solution-focused approach
- The ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure
- A friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
