Casual Customer Service Officer
(Casual - Up to 25hrs per week)

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team at Hindmarsh. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate, supportive, and forward-thinking team committed to providing exceptional service to the community.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Des’s Minibus Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Developing effective solutions to meet customer needs
  • Liaising with customers and drivers to coordinate transport services
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company requirements
  • Delivering high-quality customer service in line with company standards
  • Promoting a positive image of the company at all times
  • Maintaining a safe and compliant workplace in accordance with OHS policies

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Sound knowledge of the Greater Metro area
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A customer-centric and solution-focused approach
  • The ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure
  • A friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
