Des's Group has 60 years of experience in personal transport services. We are versatile with individual companies distributed throughout various locations in SA. From simple A to B transfer solutions, Wine Tours, Weddings or Corporate movements, we can tailor transport solutions to suit a wide range of requirements.

We currently have a requirement for an On-Road Supervisor to commence Mid-January 2024 on a full time basis.

The right person will take advantage of the in-house training to gain skills and experience.

Reporting directly to the Des’s Minibus Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to;

·         Driver audits and performance evaluations, including:

o    Licence and accreditation audits.

o    Uniform and dress standards.

o    Paperwork and record keeping.

o    Driving standards

o    Ongoing training and up-skilling of drivers

·         Vehicle audits, including:

o    Safety and compliance

o    Cleanliness and presentation 

·         Route and service delivery, including:

o    Bus route review for optimisation

o    General service (Tours etc) for customer experience improvements

To be considered for role you will need to have the following skills/traits:

Previous experience in a similar role with high attention to detail and the ability to work well both autonomously and in a team environment.

We welcome candidates who possess:

• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory role
• Current SA Light Rigid License (minimum)
• Current Small and Large Passenger Accreditation.
• Excellent presentation and grooming standards.
• A Positive and Proactive Approach.
• Passion for delivering professional customer service.
• Strong written communication skills, including report writing.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously in fast paced team environment.
• High Attention to detail.
• Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills, including the ability to multitask.
• An adaptable and flexible nature is a must.
• Must be willing to cover shifts when required.
