Des's Group has 60 years of experience in personalised transport services. We are versatile with individual companies distributed throughout various locations in SA. From simple A to B transfer solutions, Wine Tours, Weddings or Corporate movements, we can tailor transport solutions to suit a wide range of requirements.

 

We currently have a requirement for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join the Des’s team at Hindmarsh.

 

At Des's we understand the importance of our people and the role they play in delivering a quality customer experience. As a Des driver you will be able to take advantage of in-house training to gain skills and experience. Our aim is to make starting work easy and enjoyable.

 

Reporting directly to the Des’s Minibus Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to;

  • Effective management of customer queries via phone and email
  • Develop solutions for all customer enquiries.
  • Effective communication with a large and diverse team
  • Liaising with customer and drivers
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Adhering to all Regulatory requirements
  • Provide a professional level of service in-line with company policies and procedures
  • Deliver a level of service that exceeds all customer expectations.
  • Promote and portray a positive image for the Company.
  • Provide and maintain a safe workplace in accordance with OHS policies and procedures

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Sound knowledge of the Greater Metro area
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer centric and solution focused approach
  • Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Proactive, well organized with strong time management and record keeping skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure.
